Halifax

Really bad service from the female cashier. Went into the Halifax Bank in Llanelli to change my Son's old pound coins to the new ones. I was told that they didn't have any new coins and to put the money into my account. The cashier looked at me with disgust and said this bag only had £11 and that she would not bank this. After i pointed out that i originally wanted to exchange them for new coins and that this branch had none, she promptly deposited the money with a very red face.
