The Happy Buddha (not the Laughing Buddha) is located at 34 Queen Street, Rhyl. It has been open for 1 year and is the only Chinese Buffet for 20 miles! There is a very extensive main menu and very nice chefs specials. There is also a very good selection of wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks at reasonable prices. The restaurant has a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. The staff are very attentive professional and very hard working.
