The staff member I dealt with mostly was helpful and polite, however, an older member of staff must have been having a bad day.

Ordered a Sofa 8 weeks ago, got told delivery time is 6-8 weeks. It's now Tuesday of the 8th week and still no sign of the delivery or any sign of when we going to get it!! Not very happy with this company at all and the staff are not very helpful!! Trying to contact the suppliers but the suppliers have not give a date, sounds very very strange to me! If they break the agreement and its not delivered by the end of this week I will be cancelling my order and ringing trading standards and watchdog on my deposit paid!! How come DFD, SCS and other sofa companies deliver when they say and not mess us about like this lot!!

Ordered furniture, had the delivery date at 4-6 weeks, waited 10 weeks. Upon delivery the shelves were too small, phoned the store to say that there had been a mistake but they could not have been any less sympathetic, not even an apology from them. The correct shelves got delivered 5 weeks later, they had not arranged for them to be fitted. Then had an invoice of £39.99 for the correct shelves. Would not recommend to anyone. One star is too much.
