We have great views from our terrace, cwtch area or the giant windows, which overlook the slipway. Went there with the family, very goods kids menu as well as the regular menu. Excellent menu with local emphasis. Service very attentive and friendly. Food quality excellent. And the views? I don't think you can get better!

We visited this restaurant with family when it first opened, since then it is our favourite venue . Either for drinks or dinner. The food is excellent, staff very friendly and they do a superb Sunday lunch. Great addition to Porthcawl!

Pothcawl hasn't been on the top of our places to go list, to but we decided to go there for a stroll today.



So glad we did. Having walked the length of the seafront, the Harbour Bar & Kitchen seemed to call out to us. In we went, to find a very nicely designed restaurant, with a good menu.



We went from 'We'll just have something light' to a full blown 3 course lunch followed by tea & coffee.



6 hours later we are still pleasantly full!



Porthcawl is now at the top of our list as a food destination Well done to all the staff. We will be back!

Just had an amazing lunch, the venison was cooked to perfection and was without doubt one of the nicest meals weŌĆÖve had in a while. The chips and mushy peas with the fish were outstanding. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff who were attentive and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

It's the second time for me to visit , and yes another great evening with friends . We had many different dishes between us and we were all pleased with our choices. The waitress was very friendly and efficient and no slight changes to the menu caused any issues. The only thing I would point out is that when at around 8pm it got very busy , the noise levels went right up and it did spoil thing's a little. All said though a very pleasant venue with an excellent menu

Incredible meal tonight served up by some obviously very talented chefs! This place is a gem of an establishment and a very rare find in the South Wales area. The service was outstanding and we loved the modern yet historical decor and even on a Thursday night they had a piano player which added to a lovely evening! Thanks again to all your staff ’┐Į’┐Į

Had lunch here this afternoon for my birthday and it was bloody beautiful. Everyone loved their food, the setting is gorgeous and the staff so welcoming and friendly. Cannot wait to visit again xxxx

Had a family evening event to celebrate birthday and daughters company launch. 8 people in party. Had an brilliant evening food was superb. Waitresses were really helpful and friendly and bar staff great. Good entertainment and locations for a night out. We booked Sunday lunches and they were amazing. Thanks to all staff for brilliant weekend.

Amazing food, slightly late because the chef was not happy with the lamb first time around, but staff made every effort to apologise by offering free drinks and bread.

Went with my friends today nice relaxed atmosphere 2 courses for ┬Ż15 . It was lovely to be fair service a bit slow after being feeling thirsty . Once the staff came they were lovely very attentive a lovely place will definitely be returning

I have visited the Harbour Bar about 5 times now for a meal, lunchtime, evening meal and Sunday lunch, and have not yet been disappointed, plus a stunning view! What more can you ask for!

Food was first class in all fairness ’┐Į Service was great except for two minor things - when ordering a mojito it came without a straw as they had run out...doesnŌĆÖt sound like an issue but it meant you couldnŌĆÖt actually drink it as it has a mountain of ice on the top lol & then couldnŌĆÖt stir it...also got rushed to our table as we werenŌĆÖt told table service was about to finish so were given 5 mins to look at menu & decide what we wanted including desert! Suggestion would be to advise customers on arrival if they are going for a drink first what time service finishes and kind cocktails require straws so advise customer before you serve them.
