Sunday carver very good. No waiting. Good value too.

Very slow to bring lunch on a wet week day when there might have been 8 other people in the bar - and when it arrived the chips were cold, and the fish was not cooked properly. Shame as we love Solva and have eaten at the Harbour Inn before and it was OK then - but clearly gone down hill.

Called in today with the family to celebrate my daughter's birthday...after looking online at the menu we were really looking forward to going. The premise inside is quite old, and generally needs a good clean. Starter was lovely, but the main meals were such a disappointment. We ordered a chicken Korma, now I've no idea what curry was served, but it was dry, bland and had hardly any sauce...
The only saving grace was that the birthday girl enjoyed her pizza. We moved on elsewhere to have pudding and sing a happy birthday.

Well.. should have listened to the reviews on here.
Slow service, but for some reason our food (2 burgers) came out as soon as I asked for it (after 45mins), but was missing sauces from it. Rude staff, while I was waiting at the bar they looked at me from down the bar, but didn't serve me. Chips were cold.
It wasn't even busy.
I've often said you can judge an establishment by it's toilets, and these were terrible. Apart from the hand driers, as someone else mentioned they were the best part of the whole experience.
(Rev James Gold was good though).
Will not be making a return visit and will be advising people I avoid.

visited here a few times for Sunday lunch carvery, which is very good and reasonably priced. Other mealtimes can be busy especially in season, with the service being a bit slow, but good food and drink. Dog friendly.

Maybe a little spring clean would be just the ticket.

Best pub in Solva by far. Great views of the Harbour as well. Food is very good.

The food is always great and the staff are good. Steak night is good but occasionally the food can be cooked incorrectly to the way you asked
