Meet the Team! !
Paul, the director, has over 30 years experience in the UPVC trade. Starting as an appretice in the council, Paul gained the knowledge and experience he needed to start Hardings Windows & Doors in 1997.
Since then the business has grown and we now offer more services with a huge range.

Terry, our senior fitter, also has over 30 years experience in the trade. He joined us in 2005 and is an invaluable member of the team!

At Hardings Windows & Doors we are committed to helping the local community. We have sponsored local football teams and organised charity events. Most recently we joined the Job Growth Wales programme, which helps young people in the local area gain employment in this harsh economic environment.

We employed Nathan as an apprentice from the scheme in 2010. Nathan is learning the trade quickly and is gaining invaluable experience.
