We had a problem with our trailer and the man who came out to us was very kind and friendly. Very good service.

This is possibly the worst garage I have ever come across, my car was left in a terrible state and needed to go back into another garage to make right the mess they made. Simon the idiot who I dealt with was arrogant, unhelpful and quite frankly the thickest person I have ever met in my life. Hopefully people will take note of my review and not use this shocking garage.

Worst experience of my life using this garage, total conmen who tell you there is various things wrong with your car when there isn't. Owners are total and utter retards who find it acceptable to abuse woman and try to physically attack them. Warning If you are female please do not go to this garage alone without a male.

With a breakdown on holiday in Wales, we expected reasonable service, but the mechanic who came to get us was quite simply one of the rudest, most vile individuals I have ever encountered. He left me, my wife and our passenger sat on the kerb for nearly 2 hours in an industrial estate, not letting us know anything, and eventually once he had decided he couldn't fix my car he left as rudely as he arrived. Luckily another mechanic there, Bill, was his polar opposite - helpful, courteous, polite, and managed to get us back north, but I was shocked, disappointed and utterly offended by the lack of customer service, politeness and common courtesy from the first guy.

Thank you for doing MOT this morning. Pity we live so far away (Porthmadog) and will have to make two journeys, four trips altogether, as it would have taken too long for us to wait around today for the work that was necessary, to be done. We had a commitment this afternoon so couldn't wait. We noticed on the website, subsequently, that you offer a courtesy car (we weren't offered). That would have been so useful, we could have left our car to be done and collected it in the morning.

Incredible service. Car broke down while in Wales for the day. Managed to get it to them late afternoon on the off chance they could help. Problem found, part delivered and fitted all before 5:30! Really nice team as well.

Our car died whilst in Abersoch for the weekend. We were recovered by Hardy's through our breakdown cover.
Bill was our driver and took us back to Manchester... Top guy, top service, highly recommended.
