Hari James - Personal Trainer

Female personal trainer based in the Vale of Glamorgan in South Wales.

I have an extensive background in sport and have represented my country in both Sprinting and Rowing before turning my attention to Crossfit and full time training.

I attended at UWIC in Cardiff from 1997 - 2002 where I attained a degree in sports science and a masters in sports psychology.

I have competed in Crossfit individually and in pairs /teams at National Level for the past 3 years and I have also completed my Crossfit level 1 instructors course which has enhanced my knowledge and skills.

I am currently on a break from my career as a Police Officer in order to concentrate on training and pursuing my career as a personal trainer.

This break was prompted by a chance opportunity to appear as an Amazonian Warrior in the forth coming Warner Brothers Wonder Woman movie that is due for release in June 2017. This has been a new and exciting opportunity where I have had the chance to train with some internationally acclaimed athletes and trainers which has enhanced my knowledge around personal training techniques and methods.
