Puppets & Magic Family Show, May 26th to June 1st featuring a puppet play, "The Very Bossy Princess", Mr Bimbamboozle's Magic Tricks with lots of help from the children, and learn how the puppets work in Marionette Cabaret. An hour and a half of traditional entertainment in a purpose-built theatre.

Its the last two days of the Easter Season. Our last showing of The Grand Puppet Circus will be at 3pm on Saturday 27th. Our next opening will then be Sunday the 26th May for the Half Term Holiday when we will be showing "The Bossy Princess" based upon the Hans Andersen fairy tale of The Princess & The Swineherd.

Puppets more than 100 years old feature in the PUPPET CIRCUS, a feature of the current Easter Puppet Magic programme at The Harlequin Puppet Theatre, Rhos-on-Sea LL284EP showing daily at 3pm until April 27th. The Circus features the usual circus fun with animals and clowns, including the very funny chimpanee on the flying trapeze, but also features some Victorian Trick puppets, all carved over a century ago, known as Fantoccini. These valuable and unusual puppets cannot be seen anywhere else. Among them is a curious character with two heads, known as a Scaramouche, and also the Victorian Transformer Puppet known as The Grand Turk. A delightful family show with The Grand Puppet Circus and, after an ice cream interval, Mr Bimbamboozle's Magic with the Children's help followed by the highly skilful Marionette Cabaret demonstrating just how the strings are pulled. This year's family Christmas Show features what is probably the most loved Pantomime Story, Aladdin, from the Arabian Nights. As well as this colourful puppet production there will also be Magic Tricks from Mr Bimbamboozle, with much help from the Children, and also a feature Marionett Cabaret wherte the children see how the strings are pulled. Younger children love this show, but there is plenty of variety and the aim is to please the whole family.
