This is our personal choice of harvester to go to, might be a bit out of the way - but we'll worth the extra miles (we actually pass the Talbot green one to get here). The staff are always friendly and patient, nothing is too much trouble for them.

The food is first class, mostly on time and always hot. The salad bar is always fresh and the free refills are very welcome.

All in all, a real good experience :)

Staff were amazing and respected our request for the booth with padded seats as my Mum has recently had surgery and finds it difficult to sit down properly on the chairs. Our waitress was so patient will all of us (6) as we are all different and fussy in our own ways, very helpful and polite lady, wish I got her name. (Brown hair, been there a few years. Not the twins) This meal was special to us and we'd just like to thank this lovely lady for making it extra special and so relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed our food too, 5* from us all x

Had the best Christmas dinner here today with family! Will be back next year. The best we’ve ever had! Service was brilliant and so friendly! Food was amazing!! Thank you! ��

Ate here as staying at the hotel behind it. Food was lovely and the service was amazing. Huge thanks to Demi and the young blonde haired waitress who assisted her in singing happy birthday to my daughter Avery and brought her desert with candles in. Amazing service and lovely girls. Thanks so much �

My only bad comment would be on the cleanliness... we were sat at a table against a wall that was absolutely filthy covered in old sauce splatters .. lets just say i moved myself to a different table.. my second time there and i will be back.

Visited this afternoon and was disappointed to find that the Vegan pasta has been removed from the menu and not replaced another Vegan option. The only Vegan dessert was sold out, I did ask if you had any other dairy free desserts but was advised that was the only one. Overall we enjoyed our meal and would have stayed for dessert if a dairy free was available.

I normally choose this harvester as it's normally one of the best but the service last night wasn't great. Customers were waiting at the bar for rediculous amounts of time to be served because there were no staff about.. we were eating in the bar area which is never a problem for us. My partner had to shout for someone to serve so he could pay our bill. You may want to look at the amount of staff you have on.

need to have separate zones for screaming kids/family section

so that the rest of us can have a nice relaxing meal

it was mayhem yesterday .

Brilliant friendly service but my sins chicken was a bit bloody and out him off his chicken and it may well be cooked but not a attractive site some parts bloody,but rest of the food was very nice

The breakfast was cold. The sausages didn’t looked cooked. My fried egg was not runny enough and the white of the egg was tough as well as the bacon. We came for steak dinner the night before but the steak was gristly. I was expecting high expectations. Was let down.

Service very slow, rolls undercooked, salad bar ran out of items. Son ordered sweet potato fries, got normal ones, they changed after we said. Asked for my steak medium rare, got medium to well done. Mushroom was overcooked, no peashoots on mixed grill, I happen to love them. Had to ask 3 times to pay bill. Chicken on mixed grill seemed smaller than other places. They did do my egg and onion rings how I wanted them. They won't see us again there.

The food at this harvester was lovely but the experience was shocking because of Our server named Sarah. She was very rude to me in front of my daughter and her friend simply because I asked could I have hot bbq sauce. To be told NO very sternly and with a face that would turn milk sour and then She said (with attitude) we have never done it. So my reply was well I've never been here so how would I know.

Shows the lack of professionalism

I’ve used this harvester very often when I visit wales I fact it’s one of my favourites but on this particular day it was not upto the usual standard.

I’ve eaten here probably 20 times in the past couple of years, and have always enjoyed the food and above all, the service. But tonight (the first visit on a Saturday) the host (who I’ve not seen before) made me feel like a leper when I asked for a table for one.

Had the bbq ribs come out warm not hot not impressed partner order steak come out very rare could eat it didn’t want to take back as waitress was very slow with attitude not happy will not be going there again

Dissapointed with my visit on Saturday when my son went to the toilets to find a bag of drugs �

By far the worst harvester I have ever been to... the customer service was awful by a waiter named SARAH her sassy attitude shocked me... apparently you can’t have corn on the cob without butter as she put it NO just No yet every other harvester I’ve visited as done it. Then when we eventually got served our food my chicken was Cajun chicken not plain chicken when i told her she said there’s no way I can assure you it’s not??? When I know a spicy piece of chicken to a plain one don’t tell me it’s not when my mouths on fire!!!!!!!!

So I will never be eating here again especially with such awful customer service.. SARAH P YOUR DEFINITELY IN THE WRONG JOB!!!!
