Went there yesterday with my family for my Grandson's birthday breakfast and we had a great time food was lovely and the service polite and helpful would recommend and we will be visiting again

Went for lunch with friends on Monday 18th June, my first ever visit to Harvester, Llantrisant. Thoroughly enjoyed and will be returning. I had the steak bun and it was very tasty, cooked just how I like it. The service we received from Ellen was excellent, very friendly.

Went for breakfast this morning. The staff are Lovely, Ellen in particular. So friendly, helpful and make you feel special. The breakfast came and was cooked to absolute perfection. Couldn't fail anything. Thank you all.

We go there for Family gatherings on a regular basis, I've never been disappointed, the salad bar has always been full and the food plentiful and delicious.

We often take a cake if it's a family birthday and the staff (always helpful and courteous) have kindly lit the candles and sung along with us!

Highly recommended 😃🤗

We had a nice meal but I think its wrong that you can't swap something on the plate if u don't like what it comes with, for instants we had a triple chicken and it came with sweetcorn but my friend asked if she could swap the sweetcorn for peas but wasn't allowed, in my opinion this could ruin someone's experience x

Not bad, but not what it used to be. Service used to be better, prices used to be better, selection used to be better. Salad bar has improved however. Still placing hot bowls out though. Hot bowls aren't for cold items! Let them cool! Also one of our dishes sat under the heat lamp for a good 15/20 mins, kitchen need to time things a little better to ensure this isn't the case.

We were seated promptly, but it then took ten minutes for a waiter to acknowledge us waiting at the table to order. There were burnt bread rolls in the salad cart. I had small broken fries stuck together with my food. We were seated/placed with a baby in a high chair in the middle of the restaurant, surrounded by other tables, without any thought.

Disappointed in the meal. Not as we ordered. Plus the steak was as tough as old boots! They did give us 20% off the bill when we complained though. Wouldn’t go there again!

Came for breakfast today. Sat down at 10:45, food didn’t come until 11:35. That was after we waited half hour before they told us there were no hash browns. Normally like a harvester breakfast but the bacon was fatty and nobody came to ask if we wanted any more. Tried to get waitress’ attention but kept walking passed, ignoring our calls. Theme as too late to order more as they were clearing away for lunch time. Poor effort all round.

After waiting for ages for someone to take our order , I had too approach a group of staff chatting at the bar to place my order. The rice had clearly been microwaved to the point where parts were nuked & my chilli had very little meat. Just aswell I filled up on the unlimited salad bar.

Went here for breakfast,Food took nearly an hour to come, The door was left open and it was freezing even after saying about it, the food was cold and my egg was not cooked and this isn't the first time I've had uncooked egg here, the service after complaining was awful the girl behind the bar gave us attitude all in all a very disappointing place �

Usually have a good meal but yesterday was pathetic. Took waitress 15mins to ask u wat we wanted to drink. The salad bar was practically empty and whats worse we had to sit there with our food getting cold because we had no cutlery on table and had to ask for cutlery twice before any1 brought some. Shameful

Salad cart was empty and what was there was all mixed up bits of other food in other trays no bread rolls for the kids to snack on whilst we waited 45 minutes for our food drinks dispenser was over flowing no 10oz rump or fillet steak so this also meant no mixed grill as they wanted £9.50 extra on top to add a different steak my sons ribs were over cooked to the point there was no meat left just dried out burnt ribs burgers were the same left under lamps so the bread was past the point of toast when they came to take our order they hadnt even given us menu's my partner waited extra 15 mins after everyone else for his gammon sauces were all empty there was no one around to ask i normally love harvester and a big fan of the salad cart but it was awful the coleslaw that came with the meals had no mayo just grated veg if they were busy i would understand but they wernt and were more interested in setting up for breakfast than customer service our table was booked for 7.15 btw so not late..

Raw ribs freezing cold. Steak asked for well done was red. Only thing nice was the chips . Complained gave us £10.00 off our meal. Avoid . Go out for a nice meal walk out angry. Think ill eat at home from now on.

Me and my partner came for food this evening the Waitress was very friendly and polite did not have to wait more than five minutes to make order. Very disappointed in the food chicken was crispy and very dry also my partner nearly choked on fat from the bacon a numerous of times, corn on the cob very watery with no taste. The only good thing about the meal was we had plenty of chips which didn't look very appealing also the refillable drinks were not very refreshing as it was very flat. Which lead to me and my partner visiting the toilet all night � �

I have been twice to this restuarant and never again. The food isn't cooked properly its cold and over cooked and wrong order and when i made a complaint it was brushed under the carpet.

Been here today , well what Can I say ? Was seated quickly but 10 minuets before we could order a drink so in the mean time went to the salad bar as usual it was very good , ordered 3 main meals and 3 refillable drinks waited another 10 mins for the glasses in the end my husband went and asked for them . Food came ! Omg my cold slaw was burnt � all frazzled lol , my husband chicken was burnt and dry , he picked up a piece of chicken and banged it on the table because it was so hard lol wouldn’t mind but he will eat anything. The best thing was the chip and gravy ! Should have gone to the chip shop would have saved £30 . All this said our waitress was quite cheerful.

Absolutely disgusted. Extremely overpriced for an appalling menu. The adult portion of mushy peas was actually 3 fork fulls of watery mushy peas, the fish was extremely oily. I haven’t been to a harvester in many many years and I can honestly say I would never go again. I don’t do fast food but I believe that McDonald’s would have been more satisfying.... sorry to moan. But totally utterly disappointed.
