It’s not all about the number of calories we are consuming. It’s about the quality of the calories. Good fats over bad, same for carbs sugars. There is a BIG difference between 2000calories of processed sugar to 2000calories of fats for instance. We all truly know a salad consisting of 2000 calories is better than a pack of donuts with 2000Kcal.
