We have been dealing with the Pontnewynydd branch of this company for over 20 years during which time they have managed several of our properties on our behalf. They are indeed 'local people offering a local service' as advertised - this is reflected in the high standard of customer service delivery they have never failed to provide for us. We would unhesitatingly recommend this agent.

Emails don't get answered.

After so many calls and emails(totally ignored) I decided to rent my property out through another agent!
You really should return calls people,it's just courtesy!
So dissapointed!

We sold our house and used Kyle to sort the mortgage via Hathways to buy our next property - Our house was sold within 48 hours after receiving multiple offers! Kyle sorted the mortgage out promptly and we had the mortgage offer out in less than a week! I would 100% use their services again - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Hathways estate agent of Cwmbran has a poor reputation in the Torfaen area as a nightmare landlord from Hell we only found this out when it was too late this cowboy outfit called Hathways almost destroyed my daughter’s and granddaughter’s life with the unfit property they rented her full of mould and would not repairs faults, She also had a problem of harassment from them as well Two words describe them "ROUGE LANDLORD"

Very bad best avoided rented from them unsafe electrics and heating never worked hung telephone up on me they do not reply to emails or written letters the home had damp as was unfit for human habitation had to leave as it made me so ill,
