One of the lovely ladies 5 weeks into her training plan on the summer body challenge. She is smashing 4 classes a week with me and been eating healthy. Well we exploded our first Step IT UP classes tonight myself and JinFit launched our new combined class and the ladies loved it. It was hard but I bloody loved every minute of it especially the Tabata sessions ππ»

When two women come together they can creat something truly amazing.
Myself and JinFit have been working hard over the last couple of months to bring you a brand new Step up class. This isnβt like your normal Step up class as we have Stepped IT UP a notch πcombining a heart racing, full body toning Tabata workout inside of a fun Step up workout with a twist.
