About Headlands Hotel

Landmark hotel overlooking Llandudno’s sweeping promenade, with spectacular views of the Little Orme and mountains of Snowdonia

Headlands Hotel Description

Headlands is a small family run hotel, located in a commanding position overlooking the town of Llandudno. Situated adjacent to Happy Valley Gardens, Headlands is just minutes from the main attractions such as the Pier and the Tram.

Thanks to our elevated position, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of the sea, town and beyond to Snowdonia from our comfortable lounge and restaurant. Or why not sit out on our terrace and enjoy a drink from our well-stocked licensed bar.

This beautiful detached Victorian house was built in 1870 as a private residence and became a hotel in 1937. It has been lovingly and extensively renovated by the present owners, Tanya & Ray. It retains much of its original character with stained glass windows and fine sweeping oak staircase.

Headlands is pet friendly and warmly welcomes well behaved dogs.

Off street parking is available for up to ten cars & operates on a first come first served basis.

Headlands is non-smoking and is protected by a fully compliant fire detection and alarm system.

Headlands is situated at the top of a short hill. As a listed building we are not permitted to install a lift and there are no ground floor bedrooms.
