Have to say yesterday I was very annoyed at the managing side of heatforce but as far as the men on jobs go it's superior. Martin and rhys attended my property this morning at 8.30 like arranged and the boiler was all up.and running by 1.00pm. They were.polite,well mannered,courteous to my home and cleaned up everywhere. I'm.thrilled to bits. Well.done lads. Amazing team xxxx

Had dean from heat force for our boiler, extremely helpful, went well above and beyond what was expected of him and left the place clean and tidy, brilliant prices for what we had done would definitely recommend. Thankyou

Abysmal Company. Ordered new marble hearth and fire. The marble back was measured incorrectly - hence job could not be completed and a new one needed ordering. The "covers" that had been put down to protect our carpet somehow allowed black dust to go through and we had numerous marks on carpet. Heatforce did offer to have a carpet cleaner come out, but we had tried to get the marks out ourselves immediately. The marks didn't come out and we hired a machine but still marks could be seen. We had contacted Heatforce by email on numerous occasions asking for compensation but they did not seem interested. Yes, we had difficulty in trying to arrange a mutual convenient time to telephone them to discuss the situation, but Dan never attempted to ring us or email us unless we emailed him. If he was that concerned he would have surely emailed and offered some compensation . He didn't seem interested. The carpet has had to be replaced by ourselves! They then rearranged to refit the new panel backing. They did not turn up as arranged and did not telephone us to explain why after customer had taken a day off from work to be available. Disgusting customer service, and we would not use or recommend this Company.

My boiler broke down and I have kids in the house. Heatforce came out the same day and gave me a quote for a new boiler . 3 days later they came to fit my boiler! Great service!

ABYSMAL customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I don't usually write reviews, but it would be unfair not to share my experience. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The Salesroom Manager talks a great game and was helpful in answering questions regarding the fire. On arranging the appointment the company was thoroughly unprofessional from start to finish.

• Cancelling an appointment booked two weeks prior
• Lying about the reasons for cancellation
• Trying to "rectify" the appointment by offering the same day knowing that the engineer couldn't make it
• Not turning up to an appointment and cancelling 1 hour 30 mins after the allotted time
• Admitting that the engineer can only fit 1 survey in a day but they book 5 customers in.

All of the above whilst maintaining an arrogant, laissez-faire attitude.

We use Heatforce for all our plumbing and heating work and they are always professional and reliable.

Since having our boiler replaced we have had issues with a leaking radiator. I reported this and after about a week a guy came out to fix it while I was in work and the wife was at home. I discovered that weekend the radiator was still leaking and have since called Heatforce twice to get someone back to fix it. Each time they tell me one of their guys will call me and each time he hasn't. Furthermore the soak away they installed seems to have a broken lid only 4-5 weeks after installing it, either the parts are not very good or it wasn't installed properly. All in all this has been very disappointing, Heatforce are not the cheapest and I thought I was paying for a first rate customer service.

These guys have done a few jobs in my home over the past year or so including fitting a superb new 'in the wall' gas fire & new radiators. Can't recommend them highly enough. Very punctual and polite engineers with high quality workmanship and clean & tidy.

Great service, from initial contact through to our new central heating being completed. Would thoroughly recommend for their staff, punctuality and of course, importantly a great price, thank you Heatforce

I have been recommending Heatforce to friends since they installed an en suite bathroom and a new fireplace in 2015. Not cheap but apparently good work at the time. But now the shower cubicle is leaking and they demand £60 for a call out - "It is outside the warranty." So, friends, my apologies and I'm not recommending them any more.
