I highly recommend HeatSmart. My phone call was responded to promptly and an engineer came out within the hour. He identified a blocked boiler condensate, cleaned it out efficiently and did not charge for unnecessary work or parts - just the cost effective call-out charge. At all times, the engineer was efficient, courteous and personable. I shall definitely be using HeatSmart again.

Heatsmart arrived on time. Were respectful of my property and quickly found out the boiler problem. They booked in the repair for the following day and charged me the price quoted. The plumber was clean, tidy and reliable.

When my boiler broke I contacted a number of companies including Heatsmart to give me a quote. I ended up going with Heatsmart as they were very open, honest and friendly about the costs and timescales. We discussed not only getting a new boiler installed but also relocating it from one of the bedrooms to another more suitable room. The advice given was great and the team came in and did the job very professionally - I can't fault them they even took my old boiler away!! I would highly recommend them 👍
