Swedish massage focuses on relieving specific stress and muscle tension, deep rhythmic pressure massage ensure the whole body receives a vigorous workout. the treatment can be tailor made to suit clients individual needs. the treatment can last up for 1hr depending on areas and cost costs start from £15. 00
Reflexology. This is a very relaxing treatment which is done on the feet. it is a form of acupressure and by applying pressure to specific points on the feet it can aid the body into healing itself naturally. treatment last for approx 1hr and the cost £25. 00
