Come meet this mad bunch tomorrow evening at 7pm top carpark of Penallta Park for a great session with Steve, Ryan and Lianne all abilities welcome, also this week is Mental Health Awareness Week so we will be advocating a Run & Talk ethos Mates in Mind👍

Tuesday night 7pm we will have a fun filled session for everyone of all abilities to get involved, with a mysterious exciting twist 😁 look forward to seeing everyone at the top of Penallta Parc, car park 👍

Thursday evening we will embark on an adventure around Wernddu Woodlands, meet in Van Road Carpark at 7pm - Head for the Kabin Hire postcode CF83 3EL but keep going and the entrance for the carpark is on the left 300m up the road, see you there 🤪

So Tuesday evening at 7pm we will meet at the council offices, where Parkrun starts - those that have done some formidable races over the weekend can choose a flat and steady leg shake out route or head into park on the trails, all welcome
