Please note that its NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY to let you know your awning is down. We do state that awnings SHOULD NOT be left up after September 12th as this is what happens. It gets windy and WIND BLOWS DOWN AWNINGS! It happens every YEAR!!

We are regular visitors here. Others are so friendly just like a little community. All very clean and well maintained. Love Mr & Mrs "Henlly" stand for no messing, so inform them if any problem. Come on holiday with in mind that we are all here for the same thing HAPPINESS not everyone is going to agree on what form this comes. Talk to one another agreements can be accomplished. Spent all my childhood holidays in Towyn and Rhyl. I used to stay in chalets on nearby sandbank road. Many happy memories. I'm now here with my own children. Been here just one day on our seasonal pitch and it's just lovely. Very clean, family friendly and peaceful. Lovely views There's no entertainment on site but all the fairgrounds, the beach and amusements etc are within walking distance and easy to get to and the surrounding sites allow you entry for entertainment free of charge if you want it. A real community experience. It's great. I'm going to enjoy my season here

User

Just back from henlys after a 2 night break. Lovely spaceous camping site. Very friendly. Close to the market fun fairs and beach within walking distance. Toilets and showers and washing up areas nice and clean and food was lovely and cooked fresh from a mobile food wagon on site. Which was open 7 am till 7pm. Definetly recommend henlys also dog friendly with a seperate dog walking field.

User

Came here as a kid with the local youth centre and loved it because it was so close to fair and arcades etc and just gone back with my own kids and still love it. The place is so chilled out but still has a very obvious family feel to it. It did rain from moment we set foot on the site but not once did we see a single boggy part nor did the cars get stuck on the grass the site is very well maintained!!!!

User

Absurlutly fantastic very clean no mither good rate of pay dog friendly xxxx

User

First time camping at Henllys and we were very pleasantly surprised! The pitches are excellent and are a great size! Nice and flat also.

The whole site is very well looked after. We usually stay next door at Ty Mawr and so glad they were fully booked and we got to try here! Would choose here now over Ty Mawr any day. Only had a couple of minor issues, one was that the bathroom and shower facilities are quite far away from the bottom tent field but this was only really an issue during the night. And the other it was very noisy at times regardless of the time! But I guess that's to be expected during busy periods - inconsiderate guests seem to be the norm most places these days! Even so had a brill time and we were very impressed with how well maintained the site is. Oh and the views from the tent field are a great bonus!

Arcades, fairgrounds, shops and food places all within walking distance which is also a big bonus. Asda supermarket is within a 10 min drive aswell.

Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely be returning!

User

Just got back from a 2 day stay. A lovely little campsite, toilets are clean and showers are just right.

The first night was lovely, very family friendly but our second night was ruined by people playing loud music, shouting proffanities and their children not 'playing nice', we didn't sleep a week and nothing was done about it, security nowhere in site. Despite understanding that we got all walks of life when we go camping (which is part of the fun) this was meant to be a family friendly campsite ... something should have been done, we packed up early and left losing money. I don't think we would come again, sadly.

User

It was ok but i prefer other parks in the vicinity as there is nothing to do on this site.It was clean and tidy but only stayed 1 night as we prefer entertainment on site.

User

Would never go ther again owners speak to you like shit. Had no hot shower never told us on bookin told them we had kids things like tha should be said to customers ther reply was ad hot water in the taps use thatno shop or fuck all on ther it’s a shit hole I advise people to stay away from ther. Kids park is old school think tha is the onley thing kids can do ther. Ty mawr is much better

WOW what a disgrace booked on Monday for this weekend arrived about 7.30pm lastnight after travelling an hour, upon booking in and paying the remaining balance a very abrupt woman informed my partner the showers where not working and wouldn’t be for a week or so, when he asked why a courtesy call hasn’t been made she rudely told him if we are not happy we can go home with a refund they wouldn’t possibly call all the numbers in the book to inform them so if people want to leave they can!! 2 excited little girls in the car looking forward to a camping weekend we stayed the night and packed up 9am this morning and got that refund for the extra night defiantly will NOT return!!!

User

Ladies toilets were disgusting! Wee all over the floor of the cubicles, dirty sinks and mirrors. Fag dimps literally all over the pitch and the bushes behind the tent were full of cider cans and a coke bottle full of wee (we only noticed this after we had put the tent up!). £93 for 3 nights and nothing on the site! The man on the phone was quite rude at the time of booking.

People turning up at 9pm to pitch up their tents. People screaming and shouting at gone midnight (including kids!) Definitely do not recommended this place at all and we won't be returning.

Must add, the woman's toilets on the second time of using them was full of cigarette smoke and stunk to high heaven!
