Classic store with great customer service. Occasional bargains on top name brands.

We had very poor service regarding a bed purchase for my Mum. Not great that they could only promise a 3 week delivery timeline and then they did not even meet that - it's currently looking like they will be 4 weeks plus and now they are trying to charge £40 for delivery (after we've paid) when their website says £10. My poor Mum moved to her new home last week and she's still waiting for her bed to arrive! Really wish we'd gone elsewhere, but Mum wanted to support her local business.
