Had a happy day with my little people. Video in my stories showing the fun and games of trying to get a tidy photo of a 4 and 5 year old.

Women are also more imaginative, assertive and are more introverted during the luteal phase so we need more time by ourselves and space to be able to use those strengths. Of course most of us have the same routine to follow each week, the same work to do, the same interaction levels and the same creative outlets (or lack of) despite what our body is being drawn to. No wonder we have less patience when we are pre-menstrual!

What’s everyone up to this week? Any exciting half term plans? We’re dog and housesitting in Somerset. Anyone want to see dog pictures? There are 3 of them in very varied sizes 😂

I haven’t shown my face here for a while so... hello! I’m working on some illustrations for tracking mental health and monthly cycle trackers so you can work out patterns in highs and lows, creative times and intuitive times and so on. Does anyone do this currently? Do you find it helpful?

It took me ages to think of something for the Our Planet week’s final prompt which was ‘future’. My first thoughts were, well... futuristic... but it’s not really my style 😂 Then I thought of doing two illustrations, each of alternate possible futures for the planet. The boys asked me to draw them and it clicked...children. There are a million reasons to look after our planet and if you can only understand one, it’s that your children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren, need you to. So I did an illustration of my two boys who are already eco-conscious little men 😊

Another amazing woman who’s now been arrested 5 times at climate change protests. Anyone else watched (and absolutely loved) Grace and Frankie? I so want to be both of them.

Another illustration of mine from ‘Our Planet week’. The prompt was ‘Harmony’ so I thought about what we can do to keep our footprint down so included plants and ethical clothing.

Pigs are one of my favourite animals. The few times I’ve visited Dean Farm Trust, it was the pigs I was most excited to see 🐖 🐖 🐖
