We recently sold our property through Hern and Crabtree, we found them professional, helpful, reliable and informative, We would defiantly recommend their services to to any Vendor, their dedicated sales adviser helping to push through the sale and liaise with various parties is invaluable. Hern and Crabtree recommended open house viewings for our property, we had 19 viewings arranged and by the end of day 1 we had three asking price offers and our sale moved through successfully. This is something we wouldn't have considered previously and with a toddler to consider the approach was perfect.

We recently sold a property using the Whitchurch branch of Hern and Crabtree. It was a very difficult situation but the team were all amazing! They helped us through every step of the sale and were always on hand to advise us. We sold the house in less than 6 weeks which was a credit to professional handling by the staff. Selling a house can be very stressful for very many reasons and I am so grateful to Hern & Crabtree for their help. When our first buyer fell through Ben and his team at H&C in Pontcanna were really proactive (on it like a car bonnet in fact!) and literally within hours had another 3 people viewing the property. Within a very short time they found us another buyer at the required price and all went through quite quickly despite the circumstances not being straightforward. I would definitely highly recommend them.
