@NWPRPU Specials have dealt with a few jobs this evening. Breakdowns on the A55 and A494. One of which had no insurance. So we helped with recovery. Seized section 165. Followed by a non injury single vehicle RTC, a very lucky driver, could have been much worse. #DriveSafely

Officers from HGC Swyddogion Gwirfoddol / NWP Special Constabulary assisted the Priority Crime Team with a positive warrant in Llangefni this morning.
A large amount of suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia was seized and a local man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply 👏🏼

Our Road Safety Specials have been out this today with our Roads Policing colleagues, with some positive results. 6 drivers reported for driving with excess speed, 1 driver reported for not wearing a seatbelt and 1 driver reported for no insurance. #onelessontheroad

Thursday 21st March, Special Constables will be teamed up with HGC Uned Plismona'r Ffyrdd / NWP Roads Policing Unit and the National Trailer and Towing Association for a road safety initiative. We will be offering free trailer safety checks at the Weighbridge on the A525 in St.Asaph and providing advice. NTTA - National Trailer and Towing Association #RoadSafety

Roads Policing Specials this weekend have made arrests for driving under the influence and drug possession, attended serious RTCs and carried out interviews with suspects.

Specials have been out tonight accross rural areas of Wrexham county as part of #OpLabour helping prevent burgalries and agricultural related crimes

Tonight one of our Special Sergeants from #Wrexham has rescued this tiny puppy found abandoned in a bush on the side of the road. It was found in very poor condition. Our officers have taken it to a local vets to be looked at until RSPCA officers arrive.

SC 9659 Lynne Chandler of the Western Road Safety Unit has now achieved independent patrol status after completing her development portfolio.
