We’ve just visited after a recommendation from a friend, mid-afternoon on a Sunday. It was fairly busy, not empty but not packed and we had a table straight away. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive and made a point of speaking to our children, which made them feel terribly grown up.



We had the pulled pork nachos to share as a starter and I could have eaten that as a meal, really good! The kids had the hot dog and the burger and really enjoyed them. Hubby had the chicken sandwich and enjoyed it but would choose something different next time, same for me with the pulled pork “Hog Dog”. We didn’t have time to stay for desert but they sounded delicious!



Facilities were fab, I don’t know how long they’ve been in the building but it was very well maintained and didn’t feel like a run-of-the-mill chain restaurant. The kids have very emphatically requested we go again and we’ll happily oblige.



Thanks to the great staff (Isaac in particular) for a lovely visit.

Went tonight with 2 of the kids and can high recommend the staff went above and beyond they made us feel very welcome and they took the kids into the kitchen to help make there own desserts kids loved it they even sang happy birthday to our little lad who will be 5 in 2 weeks we will definitely be going back

The food is always delicious! Great gluten free selection too. Staff are very polite and welcoming. Our waitress, Lauren, was brilliant and so was the barman! Will return!

Thank you so much for making my son's 16th birthday last night very special! The food was superb as always and the special touch of a sparkler candle in his dessert was brilliant! The waiter and waitress (i didnt get there names sorry) were attentive and polite without intruding on the meal, nothing was too much trouble and the food was served fast even though you were very busy! The area outside with the slide and table tennis wasn't there last time we came and it was a great addition to the restaurant as both kids loved it out there playing against each other! The cinema seats in the movie room are also fab and i must mention how fab your toilets are too! Lovely touch to provide supplies in the ladies loo free to use and the handwash and hand lotion smell divine! All those little extra touches make you a first class restaurant and we will most definately be returning again!

My boyfriend and I went here last night at six for Valentine’s Day! It was absolutely amazing. We called in advance, but they were fully booked and told us to come anyway as they would do there best to seat us. When we arrived they said that it would be a really long wait or we could sit at the chefs bar. We decided to sit at the bar. I thought it wouldn’t be as romantic, but it was lovely a great atmosphere and my bf could sit and look at his real true love, the brisket. The food was out of this world good and we were in a meaty, beer filled heaven. My bf ate so much meat that he couldn’t talk all the way home. The homemade grape soda was lovely and it was so nice to sip a PBR. I managed to save room for the marshmallows yum! Our waitresses was lovely she was very nice and made great conversation with us. The food was super quick to arrive too. I will not hesitate to recommend Hickory’s and can’t wait to come again!! Thanks guys!! Ps we even got a free valentine lollipop! Such a great night!

I went to this restaurant on June 2nd with my family and the food was AMAZING! The staff were so friendly and helpful (especially a young lady named Ellen) who took a shine to my daughter and she was so friendly and kept my daughter entertained when bringing things to our table. There was also so young tall gentleman but I didn’t catch his name who was also really friendly and helped with anything we needed. We will definitely be coming back here on our next visit to Llandudno �

I visited Hickory's today after a short break in Llandudno. I went with my wife and my 2 year old daughter.

The service was fantastic, we were served by Cat who really looked after us. My daughter was a little "narky" due to tiredness and hunger, but Cat went out of her way to help by bringing a helium balloon and checking that we had everything she wanted throughout the meal.

The food was excellent as well. I had a barbecue combo with chicken wings, fried chicken and two sorts of ribs. It was served with beans, coleslaw and fries. Everything was delicious. My wife had the Hickory's burger and really enjoyed it. My daughter had cod pieces, fries and beans and ate lots (cheering her up lots :-) ).

The prices of the food and drinks were very reasonable and we will definitely return.

I took my kids to the superhero breakfast this morning and was worried how my little boy would cope with the masks and costumes, but he absolutely loved it!!!! Whoever it was dressing up were both absolutely fantastic, really enthusiastic and went down a real treat!! My two followed their hero’s round all morning! Food was amazing as always and the kids loved their pancakes! Thank you all!

Great food!!! Was served by Authur and Steven on bar who both gave us great recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of our visit. Both deserve a pay rise ��

Fantastic service, food & terrific milkshakes! Also, love the look of the new outdoor area. You will have to start a Hickory's here in Sale, Manchester. Came here for a friend's birthday today - now I know why she loves going there - we do too.

Fabulous food very authentic and great flavours! Came for dinner with some guests staying with us from South Wales who were suitably impressed. Our waitress service was faultless as indeed all our previous visits were - your staff are to be so applauded- well done

Brilliant food was great ,friendly staff and very helpful ,walked in sat at table and one of the girls brought over a bottle of water on the house and popcorn would definitely visit again

Booked a 50th birthday party, there was quite a lot of us, so not an easy task! The service was outstanding and we were made to feel very welcome. Ben dealt with all of our queries and provided a very professional, personal service. Knows how to do his job extremely well! The Porn star Martinis were amazing!!!!

Amazing place when you walk down the stairs I bet your eyes will open wide and you will say “wow”. We didn’t wait long for our table so we where guided to the bar for a drink then escorted to our table. Then Steven looked after us with our food and he was very social. Me and the misses loved it. And YES we will be going back there. I loved it.

Had booked a table for 7.30 arrived 15 mins early and were taken straight to our table. Ordered drinks and came very quick and tasted wonderful. Didn't know a few of the cocktails were 2 4 1 after 8pm on a Friday but ordered 2 and were put on our bill at 8pm and drank them beforehand. Ordered the smokehouse platter, all meat was cooked beautifully (and I don't eat red meat) definitely helped me convert. A lovely night and staff were attentive if a little quick with serving as if they wanted us to leave. All round, a great night, lovely food and nice atmosphere.

Delicious food. Pulled pork with beans. 3am mac and cheese . Double burger. Loved the coleslaw . Chloe that served us was brilliant. Decent bottle of wine 20 quid.

not as good as it used to be smokehouse platter for 2 used to be great and filling to burst .now less on the platter the huge beef rib gone and replaced with belly pork (GROAN)and you have the cheek to put it to 40quid shame youve lost another punter... last one out turn off the lights
