About Hiit Fitness Group Personal Training
HIIT Fitness Bootcamps based in Cardiff ran by Personal Trainer Gregg Coombes and Crossfit coach Arran Glassar.
HIIT Bootcamps methods are aimed to inspire you to achieve the dream physique you’ve always wanted. Are you currently inactive, training or returning to training…yet not happy with the results you're getting (or not getting), then look no further. Workout in a fun, non-intimidating and motivational environment amongst a group of like-minded members.
We have classes Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning. All based within a superb, well presented gym. We cater for all levels of fitness from beginners to the more advanced athlete.
Working closely alongside all the hard work of training comes Nutrition. . . Nutritional guidance is given for safe, sustainable weight loss and general health maintenance.
In addition to the Bootcamps we also run 1: 1 Personal Training. This enables you to a full 60 minutes with one of our coaches.
