Hillside Beef And Lamb

Pasture fed traditional Welsh Sheep and Dexter Beef cattle, farmed on a high nature value farm in Monmouthshire.

We keep Pedigree Dexter Beef Cattle and traditional Welsh sheep breeds on our small farm in the Vale of Glamorgan. They are reared on grass alone, with no concentrates to boost growth rates. Then we take them to the abattoir ourselves, they are expertly butchered and packed and then we deliver them to our customers, in and around the Cardiff area. We hope to add national delivery as an option shortly.
