Hillside Organics

Hillside Organics is a family run farm business on the Cheshire-Shropshire border supplying high quality organic lamb and beef to local domestic customers and the catering market. The farm runs a flock of Lleyn and crossbred ewes with Lleyn and Sufftex rams together with a pedigree suckler herd of South Devon cattle which are all exclusively grass fed on our lush organic pastures that have been sown with a selection of herbs and grasses, which all contribute to the delicious taste and flavour of our meat. We are Red Tractor assured and we farm to the highest standards of animal welfare and our practices are designed to cause the minimum stress to our flock. Our extremely light stocking levels are kind to the climate, protect the environment and encourage wildlife to flourish on the farm.
