Hirwaun Tubular Products LTD was founded in 1990. Our products are used in many sectors, e. g, Healthcare, Automotive, Construction, Furniture and more!

Hirwaun Tubular Products Limited was founded in 1990 as Hirwaun Engineering. In 2002 the name changed to reflect the change of emphasis in manufacturing process.

Originally the company only produced precision machined parts. In 2000 the assets of a tube manipulation and fabrication company were acquired.

H. T. P has the ability to bend tube up to 38mm dia coupled with fabricating process such as MIG & TIG welding for steel and aluminium, brazing and spot welding.

Other processes include sheet metal with a 3 meter guillotine, brake press and punch press and a steel worker for heavier metals.

End finishing compliments the manufacturing process through polyester powder coating with pre treatment. The process achieves a 240 hour ‘salt spray test’. Where components require a finish for a more aggressive atmosphere, this is achieved by ‘plastic coating’ – We’re the only sub contract plastic coaters in South Wales.
