As offices go, this one isn't too bad and the people working there are decent folk

Either extremely long hold (e.g. 2 hours) or the system automatically hangs up.

A drab testament to ancient design. The facility is limited in car parking.

Firstly, why is a government organisation charging for you to call them?
Secondly, why does everyone have to wait so long for their call to be picked up?
Thirdly, this is now the second time I've called after they told me they had fixed it...Which they clearly hadn't.
Very poor all round.
