Coronavirus Update
We have had a slight change to our terms and conditions given the current Covid 19 situation.
Whilst deposits are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, we are allowing for transfers to be made to bookings if necessary. If this could be done in this financial year (I.e. up to March 31st 2021) that would be appreciated or we'll be feeling this backlash into the next financial year.
... We're very much hoping the business survives and to be reunited with your pups soon! If you've any questions, just drop us a message.

Covid 19 Announcement.
We will no longer be able to walk or board dogs under the new lockdown guidelines. We will not be taking any new bookings or clients until this is all over (no matter the date of required booking).
We will be in touch with those who have May and June time bookings nearer the date, as rules are changing daily and we do not yet know where we stand that far ahead.
... Again, any holidays that have been cancelled will be covered by your insurance, your dog boarding fees will also be included in this and we are more than happy to assist with evidence for any claims!

BOARDING BOOKINGS: With the recent challenges that the coronavirus has brought to international travel, we want to make you aware of a few considerations, prior to your dog’s holiday with us.
... CANCELLATION NOTICE
Below is a reminder of our cancellation terms. We want to make sure that you can factor this into your decisions, should you be considering cancelling or postponing your trip.
Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- A 50% non refundable, non transferable deposit is payable at the time of booking. - Please note, that your dog is only formally booked in with us when this 50% deposit has been received.
It is worth noting that if the decision to cancel your trip is taken out of your hands, your travel insurance should be able to assist with cancellation fees for our services. If you require any documentation to support a claim, we would be happy to provide this for you.
EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS
Just in case you do find yourself in a position where your return is delayed, please ensure that the emergency contact details we hold are up to date and that your contact is aware and prepared to have your dog/s in the event of an emergency or delay to your return to the UK.
We will endeavour to keep your dog if you are delayed, but due to licensing conditions, we may not have adequate capacity to do so and as last resort, if your emergency contact were unable or unwilling to step in, we may need to consider the use of local kennels as per our terms and conditions. We would work with you to avoid this, but making a plan before your departure is by far the easiest way to reduce the stress and worry should this become an issue.
If you are delayed and wish for us to continue looking after your dog (subject to availability) this will be charged at the usual rate of £25 per night. Our usual opening hours are 9am-6pm and collection and drop off are still only allowed within those hours.
You may wish for your emergency contact to step in at that point, please note that we will need your permission to release your dog to anyone other then yourself.
PLANNING FOR DELAYS
We recommend that you provide additional food as a precaution and/or explicitly outline what food your dog eats (brand and supplier) in case we run out.
