Holiday Inn A55 Chester West

Nice place, rooms are a decent size. The bed was a little bouncy for my liking but still ok. The food was very nice, one of the best burgers I've had at a hotel! Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choice!

Air-conditioning wasnt working properly. Showers where slow.
Room OK usual expectations. Staff nice. Breakfast filling.
Good for a quick stop over.
McD opening opposite in late October.

The venue was clean and tidy and the facilities met our needs. The projector screen wasn't quite the right height, which was a shame but I'd definitely use them again. Good parking and easy to get to the staff were very helpful.

Located on the A55 makes it difficult to get to unless you drive. Attended a wedding. Bar prices expensive and food terrible

I have stayed here a few times and attended a few functions. The food has always been spot on. From the wonderful breakfast to buffets and full sit down meals. Never had a reason to complain about a thing.

The rooms are good. Not fantastic but always clean and comfortable. The beds are super. Never felt too hot or too cold. Spotless bed linen and never a speck of dust to be found.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are always cheery and polite. While remaining professional, they are friendly and approachable. I really cannot speak highly enough of them.

Great hotel for overnight stay. Is a basic holiday in express but that is what you pay for. The beds were clean and nice and the rooms were all clean. The only issue is getting to the hotel form anythingnothwr than travelling West. If you are coming from the East it is hard to get too.

The staff were fantastic couldn't ask for better service, location close to wherever you need to go also plenty of dining options outside the hotel with a subway, McDonald's, Costa and OK diner just outside

Initially the hotel looks very nice on first glance the room was very nice and included the little fridge which we don't often see we went down to the restaurant to have a look it didn't at first glance look as if it was that good but we decided to eat there anyway and the food was very very nice and the service was excellent. It wasn't till we got back to our room and decided to have a bath that we discovered that the bathroom was very badly cleaned there was scum around the bath and hairs everywhere and the shower head was so caked with mould that we had to complain at reception they did come straight away and apologised then cleaned the bathroom. We won't stay there again but may use another holiday Inn as the general standard was above average
