Hello 😊 Looking for some advice please. I have been "feeling" some clients pain for a little while now when working with/on them, however Saturday I had a client in for reflexology as she is trying to get pregnant and I had the most awful headache and neck pain during the treatment almost to the point of bringing me to tears. Anyone else experienced this and how do you manage it? Xxx

It’s been a bit of a learning curve for me this week, in that maybe I’m not doing enough “off-line” promotion and especially in my own backyard so to speak.

On Monday, on the way back from my morning walk with Bessie the dog, a neighbour pulled up along-side me on the road in his van and rolled down his window and said “Sarah what is it you actually do?” Now I had been miles away, quite happily listening to Mr Ed Sheeran singing about his Galway Girl, so I wasn’t in “work mode” at all and he took my by surprise.

Good morning and Happy Monday to you :-) Well this morning I'm off to my first networking meeting in about 3yrs - and I'm as nervous as if im going on a first date!! But I set myself a challenge this year to leave the comfort of my home salon and the online world of facebook and to start interacting with people in the real world. It seemed like a good idea at the time!!! Networking terrifies me but as I work from home I'm starting to get serious cabin-fever so I'm pulling on my big-girls pants this morning and venturing forth to a SWNFW - wish me luck!!!
