Specifically, we are currently acquiring businesses turning over £1m - £10m based in the Swansea - Birmingham - Swindon triangle. In property, we specialise in whole or partial portfolio acquisitions, helping landlords to retire. We are currently buying multi lets and small apartment blocks in South Wales.
