Well it’s the first day of my retirement lol and it still haven’t sunk in x I went shopping today and was rushing around thinking I haven’t got much time but really I had all the time in the world 🥴 Then deep in thought I was driving up power station hill and drove straight to the hollybush It didn’t sink in until I was turning around in the car park 😱

Thank you to my wonderful staff and our regulars you have all been amazing to us , end of an era but not end of friendship see you all soon 😘 Thank you for our beautiful gifts and flowers 💐 xx

Hi all we are having our official leaving party on the 31st August disco / karaoke, hope you can all make it or just pop in for 1or 2 would love to see you all for a toast to say thanks for all your support over the last 15 yrs 💕💕💕 For those that can’t make it we are having another one on the 7th September just a quite one 🤣🤥 (can’t see that happening mind lol ) We hope to see as many as possible, friends from the shoes and the hollybush we will miss you all 💕💕💕😘

It’s very hard to write this but it’s the right decision for us as a family we have handed in our notice at the hollybush and will be leaving on the 10th September, the pub will not be closing as we have a fab lady taking over. I would like to thank each and everyone of you that has supported us over the last 10 yrs and those of you that have followed us from the three horseshoes we really appreciate everyone of you. Lady’s darts on Monday and Wednesday Friday darts teams Thu...rsday pool teams Footy boys that call in on a Thursday Cricket team And all the squash teams and Tudor who has been with us for ever Most of all Wayne and Derrick who been here and the shoes every Wednesday and Sunday and Lorraine And family every Sunday for lunch and Xmas day xx To all our staff past and present you have been amazing 💕💕 Most of all my beautiful family that has supported Lyndon and I over the years giving up their Xmas to work 💕💕💕💕💕💕 Please keep supporting the hollybush as we would like to call it our local and visit you all We have served 16 yrs in the pub game and we are ready for our next venture.
