Hollywood Bowl Cardiff

The best bowling centre in Cardiff, loads of lanes and a good arcade as well as a bar with a pool table and a food court. They also provide lane service so you can order food and drinks at your lane.

Love this place! Always such fun. The staff are ever so helpful and friendly. Shout out to Gemma who is always bubbly and happy. Great for Kids and Of course Big kids too!!

Bowling itself was okay but what I'm very disappointed with is the food and the staff. On the pictures you can see the burger we've ordered and the sad excuse for a burger that we've actually got. When I asked the girl serving us if that's how it's always done she said that she will ask the chef. Well, I guess she couldn't be really bothered because after that we saw her leaving (probably because her shift ended). Then I went and asked another member of the staff about this and I was told that yes, it's always a plain burger but that we could get toppings each for £1. Well, it would be nice to know it beforehand, wouldn't it? Do not recommend.

Not a good experience. Booked online for three kids and two adults for two games charged £58! Then told we should have been offered a family ticket! Rang the online service back to be told "yeah, sorry about that but nothing we can do!!!! Would like to speak to someone about this please, as it ruined our experience! Will think twice about returning.

Large bowling alley, very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful, having a staff member serve drinks to you on the lanes is great. A very enjoyable visit.

Very unhelpful staffs. If you have any problem, go speak to their manager directly. Do not let their inexperienced staffs waste your time.

staff were friendly and helpful, but it is clearly a budget operation. still, a good bit of fun for an hour or two though, and the arcade is quite good.

Have been bowling here on and off for at least 20 years; since it was built anyway. It's had its ups and downs but presently is on the up; great decor, friendly staff and reasonable prices before 6 o'clock. Could do with a few more 10 L's... ☺

Could be really nice if wasn't so awfully hot and the music volume was too high.
I had to shout to my wife wich was 20 inches away and still she couldn't hear me.
Staff is helpful and friendly.
