Hollywood Bowl Cwmbran

It was my birthday 2 November the girls who was working there was amazing totally made my birthday were having my sons birthday there now I know they will make him happy I think her name was Natalie x

I didn't enjoy my time at Hollywood bowl because before purchasing my ticket me and a friend asked a member of staff asked how much a game of blowing is he asked us our age me and my friend both replied 15 he said the great and that we would be sold a child ticket which I believe he said was about 5 pound me and my friend then went to pay for bowling to find out we would be charged as adults so I said that a staff member told me I would pay as a child, not an adult she just said he shouldn't have said she didn't even say sorry so we both paid and began to bowl then the machine stop giving us our bowling balls back and the entire game broke and no one came over and said sorry and when someone finally came over the staff member just said we have moved your game to the lane behind you I don't believe I either situation was handled correctly or any protocols where followed.

After shopping or before if you like bowling then go here have a pint and something to eat a lovely place the staff are great very helpful go and enjoy yourself......

A great place for bowling, better than the Cardiff branch which I found to have bad bowling balls. The area has lots of free parking and the facilities are clean and nicely kept. The actual bowling is slightly laid back and not as professional as other local establishments, but a great amount of fun. The bar is great and has lots to choose from, and the arcade is decent but crazily has no 2P machines! Gods above! All in all it is a good place for a day out in Cwmbran.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING service from the male barman on Sat 8th July PM. Started with my friend had to ask the barman 3 times for a clean wine glass, then he told people he had no 1/2 pint glass, ( which was a lie as they was behide him),then we ask for a bottle of red wine to be told there was none left. But we saw a few bottles on top self.The barman very arrogant and rude said I NOT GETTING IT DOWN NO WAY. So we said ok i have a pint, but that had run out. And to top it all he was short changing everyone by 5p coz he had none. Wont go back for a long time.

Newly refurbished in 2017 with american dinner. It is a little expensive but a great night out for all the family. It has an arcade, pool tables and also the obvious (Bowling). They regularly host football on the big screen and have a decent bar.

Nice friendly staff. Quiet venue at the time of visit with a variety of activities to keep most people entertained for a few hours.
