Made a booking and had to cancel two days later. The booking was made for a visit to take place in five month's time. The company wouldn't return the deposit even though the cancellation was attempted two days after the initial booking. They were unsympathetic and frankly hostile. I agreed to waive the administrative fee but was told that unless the room was rebooked for that time there would be no refund. Two days! This is bad business. I won't be touching this company again.
