Good service the young girl was very helpful

The service was poor. At the refund and service desk, I was the first at the desk but was made to wait till everyone else was served with returns.

Always excellent service.Staff really friendly and welcoming.The staff on the checkouts are especially helpful and at each visit welcome us back.Its so nice that they remember us.I got some great bedding plant bargains today too.Thanks Homebase.

Would not refund on faulty product. Even though they are the only sellers of the product. Exchanged for the same product...might have the same problem we'll see.
