My elderly Mum has just purchased 2 sofas and a stool from this shop. The staff could not have been more helpful. Giving her advice and treating her with respect. They gave us time to look around without any pressure to buy. Offered coffee or tea, and sat down and went through things with her about delivery. Would highly recommend. This place is so much better than Arthur Llewellyn Jenkins, as we looked in there and were constantly asked if they could help. we didn't have any peace to browse.

Great friendly & professional service

A dreadful place - bought two chairs from them to match a set I'd bought previously from them. Once we got home we discovered they did not match.
Returned them the following day to be told we had to have a credit note (they refused point blank to return our money).
We looked up the legality of this and found they are in their rights to do this. But the advice continued by saying that any reputable firm would give the customer their money back.
I guess Homestore Interiors is NOT a reputable firm then !!!!
