Lovely place in a great location with superb views.
Plenty of room in the lets and everything works as it should. Only lost a star due to fixtures and fittings looking a little tired, maybe do with redecorating.

Wonderful.The best holiday for a long time.Comfortable beds. Spectacular views. Spacious rooms and kitchen. Barbecue on the balcony with outdoor seating. Loads of places to visit .Shops and cafe in Llangollen. Horse drawn canal boats. Steam railway. Easy travelling distance to Snowdon and Anglesey.

Phil and Jo are great hosts and the property has fantastic views down the valley towards Llangollen.
