Hotel Ibis Swansea

Modern, but basic. Every thing you need is available though. Used by both professional and holidaying people. Staff are very nice and helpful. Dinning room furnished in a modern style with Formica type tables and plastic chairs, but it is comfortable. Wouldn't stay more than two nights.

Modern chain hotel on the edge of the city. Easy parking. Very quick and straight forward check in. Great breakfast. What sets it apart from other similar hotels is the really helpful and friendly staff.

Staff are nice. They are excellent. Place look nice. Room look clean. But room smell damp. It smells nasty. I was awake at 2:30 in the morning. Because some retard make love right next to my room and they are very noisy. Room have no sound proof. Food is nice but very salty.

Location is right opposite the Park and Ride, so you have a very short drive to get a £2.50 ticket into Swansea hassle free. Beat most of the traffic thanks to bus lanes. Rooms are clean, quite modern and our room had a walk in shower which was impressive. Beds really comfy and plenty of space in the rooms. Breakfast is not cheap but the hot chocolate is stunning. If you don't want a big breakfast and/or need to leave early, there is a McDonald's at the end of the road and a drive thru Starbucks if you just want a coffee. All in all, great location, cheaper rooms that being in the centre, friendly and helpful staff, comfy l, spacious and modern rooms. Highly recommend

First of all: BE SURE TO PUT YOUR CAR REG IN THE MACHINE! Otherwise you'll get a £100 fine! Basic but really clean. Reasonably modern room, and really modern restaurant. Staff are really lovely, very helpful. A lot of water movement in floor across room. Could do with a new floor. No noise issues at all. Really comfy bed. Great black out curtains.

Was a complete disappointment. We had 3 rooms. The management was reluctant in performing their basic tasks. Room cleaning is only done at 9:30. The toilet flush wasn't working, it took 2 hours to arrange for a different room; they can't heat your food (apparently health and safety). Lastly the room was just a mere bed and table. All this for an extravagant price of 222.

Nice hotel, slept well. Good location to the park and ride to get a bus to town or it's a 30min walk or a £6 taxi. Plenty of free parking. Rooms were very hot.

Stay here whilst working away from home. Basic budget but great bed, pillows and shower. Breakfast is generally good as well. Small TV and reasonable WiFi. Can be a bit noisey but overall a good hotel for the price

I'd stay here again. Excellent value. Friendly and helpful staff.
