A bank is a bank is a bank. But this one is a very good one. It’s changed significantly over the years, and the customer support is excellent.

They might as well be closed for the weekend. No counter service on a Saturday. Staff member who I asked spoke to me rather rudely.

Went in today with an issue with my account. Even though there wasn't someone there who would normally help me, the lady at the front desk went out of her way to fix my issue so i didn't need to make an appointment for another day! Really pleased and the service was very quick

Branch gets busy on times but staff are friendly and are very helpful using machines for the first time, which helps me not have to use counter!

Why can i not ring my bank and speak to someone!!!!!!!!!!!

As hapless at this branch as the wider organisation.

Don't try and pay any coins in on a Saturday as the don't have a counter service and can't cope with taking real money!!
