There's usually a gnome upstairs but isn't there on your new virtual tour. I've been there several times and he's usually sat there doing nothing. As there a reason you paid for a full size gnome to place upstairs? There's also a small Scouse bloke who always walks away form customers at the counter. What's his role?

Sad that only 2 people out of all the people that work there were nice with my grandad. Others couldn't care less but thank you to the 2 lads that helped him .
