Hydro Hotel

Very clean. Staff very helpful and professional. Would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

We always enjoy our stay at the Hydro, the staff are all very efficient and friendly. However on our last visit the lift was temperamental but this time out of order. Made it difficult for my husband and other disabled visitors.

We had a great welcoming reception by friendly staff and the service was fast and efficient hotel is clean and tidy every time ive been amazing food as well

Brilliant location on the promenade. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean bedroom. Excellent breakfast. We were very happy with our stay.

Lovely hotel, great location on the front. Clean rooms and friendly welcoming staff. Hotel was full when we stayed at the end of March which tells you they must be doing it right. Hotel food was good, breakfast and evening meals served piping hot. Evening entertainment is fun with bingo on. Will be coming back.

Terrible.
Caused us no end of issues and, when we attempted to discuss this with them after the fact, they denied everything and simple dismissed us. It was humiliating and disgusting.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.
