I am a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist practicing via Skype. I qualified at the Prestigious Clifton Practice in Bristol and work both with private clients and through referral at the University Hospital of Wales. Hypnotherapy is effective with a variety of issues including; Sleep issues, OCD, Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Fears and Phobias, Smoking Cessation, Confidence Issues and many more.
