We had to replace a very wet uninsulated leaky flat roof. We forgot to take a final photo so will update next week.

I was called to an elderly clients house this evening as a Bosch technician couldn't fix a vent issue with a tumble dryer. Instead he sent a long detailed report of how the hole through the wall had to be moved and new vents supplied and fitted. Ten minutes after arriving I had fixed the issue and proceeded to teach her how to use her new dryer. No new vents needed just simple common sense. Bosch 0 - I&J 1
