Ian Watts & Son Funeral Directors

My brother passed away at the beginning of September 2017 and we chose to use Ian Watts and Sons. the service we received was fantastic Jo was caring and considerate nothing was too much trouble.
Martin turned up this morning to lead the funeral and his presence was greatly appreciated very professional and discrete.
I cannot recommend this firm highly enough as the service received was first class compared to the service I received for my mothers 3 years ago from another firm and the price was a lot less than I had previously paid

The service we were given was amazing. Jo is so kind took the stress off us so much. Martin was so compassionate

My family were devastated by the death of our dear father. The care and wonderful attention Ian & Jo give in helping us with every tiny detail of my father's funeral at a time of such terrible heartache was second to none. The customer service was exceptional and they went above and beyond to help us in every which way they possibly could. At the very end when it was all over I felt very fortunate to have met 'especially Jo who I can honestly say I would now consider a dear friend. Thank you so much for caring.

My mum passed away Christmas eve 2016 after a 12 month battle with cancer. I was in shock confused and unable to think straight. The service and personal help and guidance I received was priceless and best of all the kindness was for real and not marketing to get more money! My mums main send off was in cornwall with a simple cremation at the Forest of Dean. I had help with a reading as I wasn't up to it. I could go on but will end by saying this company love people and give a service from the heart. Perfect at the worst time in my life. X

My experience with Ian Watts and Son Funeral Directors after engaging them to take care and guide both my brother and I with our respective families after the passing of our mother was wonderful, the warm caring and professional way in which they go around the business of supporting the emotions of bereaved families is second to none.
I can't recommend them more highly, through the complete aspect of laying your loved ones to rest these lovely people know exactly what to do & how to do it.

Excellent service, everything carried out was very professional and sensitive. Couldn't of asked for anything better.
