Recently came to iced cake parlour for a festive high tea as a Christmas get together for the ladies in our family. I have to say out didn't disappoint. Every detail was exceptional. From the friendly service, the gorgeous crockery used and the food.... well the food was delicious! All food allergies and vegetarian options catered for without an issue.... thank you! Wiill definitely recommend and return xxx

Just completely blown away by how amazing everything was! Amazing value for money, I would happily pay more for the afternoon tea with everything that was on it. I've been to a few places for afternoon tea and this absolutely came out on top for me and the cheapest I've had too. Such a quirky little place and I will 1000000% be back! I turned up.at the shop and asked for high tea for 2, I didn't know we were meant to pre book. Any way we were lucky enough to get a seat and the service was spot on, the food was delicious, we will be returning in the near future x

My mother, myself and 7 month son love coming here. We get a warm coffee and what ever treat we desire while he loves all the attention he gets. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the variety of sweet and savoury items they have to offer all taste fantastic. I couldn't praise them all enough! I will always highly recommend that people must go and try what tasty treats you have to offer. I look forward to my next weekly visit

A stunning Mother's Day Afternoon Tea today enjoyed by myself, hubby & our two little boys. Totally stuffed with delicious sandwiches, incredible desserts & cakes. Even had a take away dish to take away with us as there was so much included in the price. Excellent value for money, amazing food & a lovely little parlour to visit with friendly staff. Will most certainly be visiting again. Thanks all xxx

Had reservation for high tea, gave 24 hours notice like they asked, turned up and was told we didn't turn up yesterday (the day we booked to give the 24 hours notice). Obvious miscommunication but instead of apologising and offering a table, saying we could order normally we had a stinking attitude from the staff. I can't understand the good reviews with an attitude like that! It's the last thing you want on a boiling hot day with a 18 month old who just wants a cold drink. Cakes looked lovely but I'd never go here again if you paid me, go to LouChi's, always a nice welcome there, thankfully they were more accommodating.
