Well I always turn up and never know what I want. We have a talk about it and I come out feeling like a queen. The service is fantastic all friendly. I wanted to make sure my little boy wasn't scared having his hair cut so we always used to pop in for a cuppa and a play. They are never too busy for anyone to go in and talk. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair done and neither does my boy. The advise is top notch. Can't fault the service they all go above and beyond.

Want to thank Vicky for my hair cut a few weeks ago! She was super sweet and always does an amazing job! Couldn't recommend her any more. 5* service!!!

I wanted to get some colour put into my boring long hair about a year back and was very anxious about it. So I looked up the salon gave them a ring & The girls in the salon were lovely and they didn't judge and gave me what options were available. So I chosen what I wanted and booked an appointment and they got to work. The girls are nice & chatty which makes time fly by, always asking if I want a drink which is sweet of them & Since the first anxious appointment I've been going back ever since and been very pleased with each result (cause I like to change my colours often). Bonus is they charge a decent amount. You get what you pay for which is awesome. �

I have just had a back, shoulder and neck massage by Gaynor and must say it was amazing.. felt really welcome, so relaxed, and felt she did really do a fab job, worked on all my pain and came out of there much more better. Highly recomend and the price was so reasonable for what I had... i shall see you next week looking forward to it already..thanks again and lovely to have met you :) x

I have been going to Iconic for a few years. I was a very nervous customer to begin with but was quickly put at ease. Kelly has always cut and styled my hair exactly as I want it. A few months ago I fancied a total change of cut and colour, I went to my appointment armed with 4 pictures of styles but I wanted a mix of the 4 (a bit off each pic) Kelly took time to talk about the styles I wanted and delivered 100%. The girls there are a great team, working together effortlessly. I am always made to feel very welcome and the coffee flows. We have a laugh and I always leave feeling happy. Excellent service.

I decided to go into iconic in aberfan after a hair disaster at another salon .....OMG the treatment I got from start to finish was amazing. As I walked in and started explaining everything I could feel the tears coming as I’ve been so upset. The manager got me a coffee straight away, sat me down and went through all my hair, I explained how my hair had gone too dark and looked grey in parts, she decided to do what she could to protect my hair the best and also bring back lightness into it to get rid of the grey look. I also needed my cut corrected which was done and now I am feeling so much happier. The last few days have been awful, I know it’s only hair but obviously when things like this happen it just knocks your confidence so to have iconic fix it I am just over the moon. Also they provided me endless coffees which was just lovely, Thank you so so much, they have also made the finals in the welsh hair and beauty awards. They really deserve this. What a transformation I’ve had there - Gaynor and Jessica would be highly recommend by me such talented stylists, they also do holistic and beauty treatments for anyone fancying a extra treat along with their hair. Gaynor you was like my fairy godmother yesterday xxx

Excellent professional service love my hair every time and knowing all the products are of high standard and not whatevers cheapest makes such a difference, my hair has never been in such good condition even after over 10 years of bleaching!!

Being going to iconic for a while now and Carnt fault the service I get each time I go in I always want a different style or colour nothing is is ever to hard for them they always deliver with A high professional manor .... also if I ever phone the girls to say im off somewhere they will always manage to fit me in last minute highly recommended keep up the hard work girls
